Failed or cancelled generations
When a video task fails or is cancelled, the existing task service restores the generation charge to the account balance. Check the task status and balance in My videos before submitting the same request again. A request rejected before a task is created is not charged.
Completed generations
A completed task uses the credits shown for the selected template and resolution. Downloading, sharing, or choosing not to use the completed video does not reverse the generation charge. Review each output before sharing it.
Payment concerns
If a payment appears duplicated, unauthorized, or incorrect, contact the payment provider and the site support address. Include the account email and transaction reference, but never include a password or full payment card number.
